MEET OUR Live Events & Broadcast Producer

With over 20 years of experience in the event and broadcast industry Charlotte crafted her skills at the BBC as a Radio Producer and Event Producer before leaving the corporation to find success as a freelance producer and consultant working for a wide range of organisations. Charlotte is an expert in advising, creating and orchestrating a magnitude of events from intimate projects to complex productions and since leaving the BBC she has gone on to create and advise on events for Global Radio, the BPI, Royal Academy of Dance, The Big Lottery Fund, the British Red Cross and Tommyโ€™s amongst others. These include experiential careers events, national music competitions, award ceremonies as well as high profile concerts for Elton John, Paul McCartney, Take That and Elbow plus radio programmes with Kylie and Robbie Williams.  She has also created new partnerships with funders, charities and government departments to raise the profile and increase funding for projects.

Practiced at sourcing and locating a diverse range of venues for different events from small intimate museums to arena size spaces. Charlotte is adept at dealing with and working alongside many different types of contractors from the tendering process to the final delivery of the event. She is skilful at managing both artistic and technical teams with a strong understanding of their requirements and priorities.
She is experienced in all aspects of event production including creating and managing budgets of up to ยฃ500K, booking artists and resources, stage-managing, plus all aspects of health and safety.

Her skills are broad and varied, and she is in a unique position of having vast experience of both broadcast and live events, She is adaptable to any given circumstance and is equally comfortable and qualified in researching, creating and managing a large-scale event at The Royal Albert Hall as she is at dealing with the levels of protocol and security required to put on an intimate event at the Houses of Parliament or a guest appearance from HRH Prince Charles.
