Meet Our Executive Producer

With over 10 years of experience in the broadcasting industry, Lucy crafted her skills at the BBC as a Radio Producer. She has worked across most of the radio networks and immersed herself in many worlds from Classical Music at Radio 3 to Dance Music at Radio 1.

Lucy has developed radio programmes with some of the greatest talents in broadcasting, including Jo Whiley, Annie Mac and Jon Holmes. She has produced outside broadcasts from a number of festivals both in the UK and abroad, such as SXSW, Creamfields, Hideout and Reading.

Lucy’s passion for live music was realised with her work for Radio 2 when she was responsible for booking live sessions at BBC Maida Vale Studios. In 2017, she fulfilled a lifelong ambition and developed the lineup for Radio 1’s weekend in Ibiza. With 3 days of broadcasting from Cafe Mambo, she put together over 10 hours of live radio with the world’s best DJs. Most recently she produced the 1Xtra Breakfast Show with Dotty who went on to have her highest listening figures before moving on to Apple Music.

Since moving on from the BBC, she has created a storytelling podcast with Ana Matronic and has worked with Kiss to develop new broadcasting talent.
